Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara Review
I love the original version of best mascara so much that I had to give the newest version a try. It’s taken me a while to trying out just because I wanted to use up my other mascaras first. I have been switching off between the Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir mascara and the original Maybelline lash sensational. With this new version of the Maybelline lash sensational- luscious, it promises to be even more volumizing and dramatic.
Like the original it has a rubber bristle mascara wand however in this version of the mascara more currency instead of curved like the original. When I first tried this mascara I was a bit taken back. I like very volumizing mascara is almost to the point of clumpy and boy was this mascara clumpy. At first it was so clumpy that I didn’t even want to use it. I wanted to watch it right off of my face and go back with the original version of the mascara. After a few more uses it got less clumpy but what I noticed was that it didn’t curl my lashes as well as the original version of mascara. When my little sister borrowed it from me The other day, she was in love. She also likes a sticker mascara look onto her lashes. We both have fairly long lashes that are easily curled so this mascara provided the wow factor that she was looking for in a mascara. However by that time I had use the mascara a few times and I think it was at it’s optimal level of “dried-outness” (yup, just mAde that work up) and so the mascara applied better for her. When I switched back to the regional bears and I realize that I just really like the original so much better. Although after a few uses the new version of the mascara gave me just what I wanted in terms of volume and length the original and I think it’s because of the shape of the brush curled my lashes a lot more and so gave me more of the dramatic lash effect but I am looking for.
