And so it begins…Mommy Update

Today started a new week and a new exercise regimen! I previously was working out four days a week at 6am and did that for five weeks. Now I have started another bootcamp class that meets five days a week for six weeks! It is a little more intense but also has a nutrition plan that you are supposed to follow for the duration of the program. I am super excited! So far I’ve lost 25 pounds! That’s half of what I gained with my first pregnancy/baby, so I can’t wait to see what the next six weeks brings.
